Gereksinimler
1 yıldan uzun süredir geçerli ehliyet, kimlik veya pasaport ve depozito için ödeme kartı. Minimum yaş 21 (lüks ve ticari araçlar için 25). Uluslararası ehliyetler kabul edilir.
Sigorta
CDW, hırsızlık koruması ve sorumluluk daima dahildir. İsteğe bağlı sıfır muafiyet sigortası araç teslim alımında mevcuttur. Hasar, yerinde, birlikte belgelendirilir.
Yakıt ve kilometre
Tam depodan tam depoya yakıt politikası ve çoğu kategoride sınırsız kilometre. Seyahatiniz sizi nereye götürürse oraya sürün.

What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence held for at least 1 year, an ID card or passport, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit. Drivers must be 21 or older (25 for luxury and van categories).
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes. Every rental is fully insured with comprehensive coverage including CDW, theft protection and third-party liability. Optional zero-excess cover is available at pickup for a small daily fee.
Can I pick up at the airport and return downtown?
Yes — one-way rentals between any of our locations are free of charge. Just choose different pickup and drop-off locations when booking.
What is your fuel policy?
Full-to-full. You receive the car with a full tank and return it full. No prepaid fuel tricks, no refuelling surcharges if the tank is full on return.
How does booking approval work?
After you submit a booking request we confirm availability and approve it, usually within a few hours. Your card is only charged after approval, and an approved booking blocks the car for anyone else.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours a one-day rental fee applies.
