The Prodigy in Sarajevo 2026: Concert, Travel and Rental Car Guide

Prodigy concert in Sarajevo

The Prodigy perform at Stadion Grbavica on Thursday, 13 August 2026. Entry opens at 18:00; the detailed stage timetable has not yet been published. The venue is at Bulevar Ivice Osima 27, around 8 km from Sarajevo International Airport (SJJ).

Buy only through the official Ulaznica.org ticket page. On 4 August, the available categories were: Parter: 104.50 KM including the issuing fee North stand: 125 KM including the fee East stand: 145 KM including the fee Fan Pit, West VIP and Parter W were sold out. Availability can change, so check again before travelling and save an offline copy of your electronic ticket.

Driving and parking

Grbavica is a busy residential neighbourhood with limited parking. No dedicated concert-parking plan had been announced by 4 August, so do not expect to park beside the stadium. The best option is to leave the rental car at your accommodation. Otherwise, arrive early, use a legal paid space roughly 1–2 km away and walk. Stadion Grbavica trolleybus stop is nearby; Socijalno tram stop is about a ten-minute walk away. From Sarajevo Airport, allow 45–60 minutes in late-afternoon traffic, including time to park and walk. Aim to reach the parking area between 16:00 and 16:45 and begin walking toward the entrance by 17:30. Never block driveways, entrances or public-transport routes. Do not leave luggage, passports or electronics visible. Photograph the parking location and check whether payment continues after the concert.

Rental car advice

A rental car is useful for airport transfers, accommodation outside the centre and trips to Trebević, Bjelašnica, Igman, Mostar or Jajce. A compact car is usually easiest for Sarajevo traffic and parking. Cross-border travel to Croatia, Serbia or Montenegro requires the rental company's prior written approval and the required insurance documents. If you drink alcohol, leave the car parked; driving under the influence can invalidate rental insurance. Essential visitor advice August afternoons can be hot, while evenings may be cool or wet. Bring comfortable shoes, a light rain layer and concert earplugs. Bosnia and Herzegovina is outside the EU roaming area, so check data charges and download offline maps. The Sarajevo Film Festival begins on 14 August, the day after the concert. Expect stronger demand for accommodation, rental cars and central parking, and book in advance. Use the car for the wider Sarajevo visit, not the final few hundred metres around Stadion Grbavica. Park early, walk to the venue and avoid the worst post-show traffic.

Getting there by car

Free meet & greet at Sarajevo Airport, unlimited mileage on most categories, and CDW plus theft protection included as standard.
